Our nexus letters are not your typical templated, generic nexus letters. They include

A thorough chart review and
A medical opinion formatted in the preferred language of the VBA as well as actual citations from your chart to support your claim.
Our nexus letters are specific to YOU and YOUR claimed issues, not generic conditions.

Completion of DBQs is available as well.

Whether you have a diagnosis or you just want to talk to someone outside your inner circle, we are here to help answer any questions or discuss possible treatment options.

Health care services are in-person (West Des Moines) or telehealth and include psychiatric evaluations, medication management (when appropriate), and psychotherapy.
